Supply Chain RPA Subject Matter Expert

Role Description

As a Supply Chain RPA SME, you will need to advise key accounts including from Fortune Global Top 500 on the suitability of RPA for supply chain use cases and assist customers by providing technical expertise to facilitate the implementation and adoption of the appropriate tool. You will be ensuring the facts and details are correct so that the project’s/program's deliverable(s) will meet the needs of the stakeholders, legislation, policies, standards, and best practices.You will also be securing an easy adoption of RPA within the company by creating the Change and Communication plan aligned to the deliverables of the project.

Responsibilities

  • Support the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes and policies are applied.

  • Accurately represent their business units’ needs to the project team.

  • Support RPA team in translating industry best practices.

  • Provide input for the design and construction of test cases and scenarios and may also validate executed test results.

  • Creating Change and Communication plan aligned to the deliverables of the project.

  • Provide input into and execute user documentation and training material.

  • Test the product(s) or service(s) towards the end of the project/program (user acceptance testing), using and evaluating it for accuracy and usability, providing feedback to the project team.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the leading companies from the supply chain industry.

  • Knowledge of RPA technologies and a spectrum of best practices with process automation and operational excellence.

  • Degree in relevant business discipline, e.g. Management, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business from top universities or equivalent.

  • Strong Windows Server experience and scripting is a plus.

  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, additional languages not mentioned will be considered favourable.

  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
