Senior RPA Developer
Role Description
As a RPA Developer, you will participate in project teams through all phases of the technology enablement life cycle. You must be able to develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Responsibilities
Mapping end-to-end business processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
Designing, testing, and launching robotic process automation.
Training clients on the use of RPA technologies and best practices.
Making sure people working on the RPA project are in sync.
Monitor the changes after implementation and work on feedback.
Developing Centre-of-Excellence capabilities for clients, helping client to implement long-term RPA strategies.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry with a code development background.
Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree from top universities.
Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands-on experience with RE-framework.
Acquire UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or equivalent.
Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script.
Working Knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, and/or Action Center is a plus.
Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, additional languages not mentioned will be considered favourable.
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
