RPA Business Analyst

Role Description

As a Business Analyst, you will entail design and development of automated processes using RPA technologies which AutoBear provided based on the world first class RPA platform. Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy.

  • Develop Detail As Is Process Description - Process Description Document, Detail To Be Automated Process Description. l Conduct RPA high level assessments.

  • Develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility.

  • Provides continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery.

  • Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. l Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.

  • Manage full life cycle implementations.

  • Identify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.

  • Develop and manage vendor portfolios.

  • Lead workshop for client education and training.

  • Assist and drive team by providing oversight.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience of consulting firms or equivalent.

  • Degree in relevant business discipline, e.g. Management, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business from top universities.

  • Certification in one of the UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or equivalent.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP, CMS, HRMS and other related skills.

  • Master the skill of business analysis tool such as six sigma, agile business analysis or equivalent.

  • Ability to conduct different types of interview processes.

  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, additional languages not mentioned will be considered favourable.

  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
