Public Relations - Social Media Officer
Role Description
As a Public Relations (social media) Officer, you will be responsible to monitor company social media account and handle all the digital communications on social media to maximize brand awareness and impressions.
Responsibilities
Formulate plan, develop and implement a multi-level social media strategy to engage local and regional audiences.
Monitor, respond and react to all feedbacks, queries and market sentiments within the social mediums.
Manage social media assets (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.).
Execute marketing campaigns creatively across social media platform.
Identify social media marketing trends and keep strategies up to date across variable social media platforms.
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.).
Complete any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in 4A’s companies or equivalent for social media management.
Bachelor degree in relevant business discipline, e.g. Journalism, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Public Relation, Mathematics, or Business from top universities or equivalent.
Analytical and experienced in using measurement tools and/or social listening tools to track social engagement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, additional languages will be considered favourable.
Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
