Infrastructure Engineer
Role Description
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will need to prepare the infrastructure required for Product installations and troubleshooting, set up accounts for all the developers, end-users and robots. You will also be making recommendations related to infrastructure, required IT setup and the inter-dependency between these elements. You will be working closely with and provide support to the RPA Solution Architect by updating and maintaining the hardware infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients in both technical pre- and post-sales activities to ensure UiPath adoption.
Design system architecture tailored towards the client’s requirements which encompasses the UiPath suite of products as well as the various third party applications supported by our API’s.
Assist Sales team with infrastructure and expertise support for server installation requirements and constraints during RFI/RFPs and POC stages.
Provide Infrastructure support to internal teams, customers and partners’ Implementation teams throughout their project implementation phase.
Prepare to deliver online and on-site trainings to customers and partners.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the IT industry with a code development background.
Knowledge of RPA technologies and a spectrum of best practices with process automation and operational excellence.
Degree in Computer Science from top universities.
Strong Windows Server experience SQL server, ElasticSearch, Active Directory, PKI, REDIS (or similar), load balancer solutions, .NET and IIS
Scripting - PowerShell , Python is a plus -Experience with enterprise infrastructure environments with a mix of on premise, hybrid, and cloud.
Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, additional languages not mentioned will be considered favourable.
