Digital Solution Architect
Role Description
As a Solution Architect, you will be defining the architecture of the RPA solution and oversee it end-to-end, assisting both in the development, and in the implementation phases.You will be selecting the appropriate set of technological tools and features and ensure the alignment of the solution with enterprise guidelines by providing constant monitoring, mentoring of the RPA developers and continuously increasing the capabilities of the RPA developers.
Responsibilities
Create overarching solutions for complex technology domains.
Establish reference architecture and standards.
Review new IT initiatives and provide guidance on alignment to architectural principles and roadmap.
Review existing systems and provide recommendations on improvements using new technologies and methodologies.
Work collaboratively with key business and technology teams to ensure that strategic initiatives are delivered successfully.
Ensure that the solutions delivered are aligned to the planned enterprise IT framework.
Provide coaching and on-the-job training to understudying developers from customer and/or partner, including task assignment and guidance.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the IT industry with a code development background.
Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree from top universities.
Certification in one of the UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or equivalent.
Experienced in solution deals involving System Integration and Application Outsourcing
Experience in leading large transformation deals or medium to large scale automation projects.
Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, additional languages not mentioned will be considered favourable.
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
