Account Manager

Role Description

As an Account Manager, you will need to act as a trusted advisor by discovering business issues, creating solutions, demonstrating unique capabilities and engaging with C-Level business and IT people through business operations and business improvement. You will be the trusted subject matter expert who will orchestrate internal and external stakeholders, cultivating a pipeline for both new and existing UiPath customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities within our existing and prospective Global Strategic Accounts, and engage meaningfully with C-level and Executive decision makers.

  • Act as the main point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned accounts.

  • Intimately understand your customers business to be able to explore automation opportunities.

  • Understand our solution, and competitive solutions, to be able to articulate and demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.

  • Forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets and company goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, remove and report blockers, and create a seamless and consistent customer experience.

  • Develop network of strong relationships with key industry influencers, customers and partners thereby enhancing UiPath’s industry mindshare; maintain a high-level understanding of the industry and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience of consulting firms or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of RPA technologies and a spectrum of best practices with process automation and operational excellence.

  • Degree in relevant business discipline, e.g. Management, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business from top universities.

  • Ability to conduct different types of interview processes.

  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, additional languages not mentioned will be considered favourable.

  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
