Acceleration Manager
Responsibilities
Project planning & implementation
Develop China - ASEAN’s innovation ecosystem platform, through connecting with universities, research institute, government authorities, media, corporate, startups, investors, etc.
Independently facilitate Chinese founders' market entry into Southeast Asia and from Southeast Asia to China.
Lead light and standard acceleration programmes, including programme design, startup scouting, coaching, guiding, and facilitating of internal and external startup teams.
Build and manage budget and overall project management for programmes.
Deliver all workshops with high quality and knowledge across all innovation-related subjects.
Lead several acceleration programme functions such as marketing, administration, acceleration program management, etc.
Speak at external community, networking and/or innovation-related events as a topic-expert
Market company’s product and service
Understand the international market, especially Chinese and Southeast Asian markets.
Perform market research based on the company's product strategy.
Develop international marketing channels, and international media relation.
Broaden and increase company’s international audience group.
Requirements
You have earned an outstanding degree at a top university.
At least a University degree with 5 years full-time working experience in Business.
You are fluent in English and Mandarin, additional languages will be considered favourable.
Development/ Partnerships/ Account management/ Client management/ project management.
You are interested in China & ASEAN markets and passionate about technology and talents.
Ability to design effective PowerPoint presentations.
Prior experience in consulting/ problem solving and strategy design preferred.
You have strong structuring and analytical skills, beyond your managerial skills, combined with a hands-on attitude.
You are very passionate about technology and have deep interest in developing businesses.
You are independent, flexible, open-minded and speedy.
You are keen on travelling to support projects worldwide.
Plus points if you are an entrepreneur and have the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment
